Renewal Policy

  1. Subscription Renewal

 

Imuzik offers subscription plans with automatic renewal to provide a seamless and uninterrupted music experience for our users. By subscribing to Imuzik, you agree to the following renewal terms:

 

  1. Automatic Renewal

 

Monthly Subscription: Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed every month unless canceled by the user.

Quarterly Subscription: Quarterly subscriptions are automatically renewed every three months unless canceled by the user.

Annual Subscription: Annual subscriptions are automatically renewed every twelve months unless canceled by the user.

  1. Notification

 

Users will receive an email notification before their subscription is set to renew. The email will include information about the upcoming renewal and instructions on how to manage or cancel the subscription.

Users can also manage their subscription settings within the Imuzik app, including turning off automatic renewal.

  1. Cancellation

 

Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal for the next billing cycle.

If a user cancels their subscription, they will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

  1. Billing

 

Users are billed automatically on the renewal date using the payment method associated with their Imuzik account.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.

  1. Changes in Subscription Plans

 

Users have the flexibility to switch between subscription plans (e.g., from monthly to annual) within the Imuzik app.

Plan changes will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
