Imuzik may include user-generated content, and you agree not to upload, post, or share any content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
You grant Imuzik a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your content in connection with the App.
Imuzik may offer premium subscription services with associated fees. Subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal, which can be managed in your account settings.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Imuzik reserves the right to change subscription fees upon notice to users.
Imuzik may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Imuzik.
Imuzik is provided “as is,” and the company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding its availability, accuracy, or functionality.
Imuzik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Imuzik is not responsible for the content or actions of third-party websites or services linked to from within the App.
Imuzik reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore , and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore .
